MP3Gain

MP3Gain "analyzes and adjusts mp3 files so that they have the same volume". Unlike most volume normalizers, MP3Gain uses a statistical psychoacoustic loudness model to equalize the subjective volume of each track, and adjusts the MP3 files directly to fix the loudness without lossy decoding and re-encoding.
